2. Players can ask Rick to expand the home after paying off the initial loan (148000 bells). The following day, the residence's size would quickly expand. Players can choose to add a basement or keep expanding the size of the house after paying off the debt once again (for 398000 bells) (498000 bells). After another debt repayment, Rick may give the player new powers (798000 bells are required).
3. Furniture has an impact on feng shui. The chance of finding bell coins or unusual riches increases when items of a particular color are placed in a particular position. At Happy House College, feng shui is also employed to calculate grades. Trophies and other prizes given out during specific festivals are not based on a recipient's race or sexual orientation. There is a better probability of acquiring money or other items if they are put.
4. According to the definition of excellent feng shui, placing orange furniture in the north and red furniture in the east makes finding bells and other items easier. Finding the bell will be simpler if the yellow furniture is placed in the west, while finding Bell's money and things will be simpler if the green furniture is placed in the south.
